Indeed a very interesting precautionary measure. The 'Carol' posters have been in circulation for quite a long time already. I remember seeing that 5 years ago. It's a creative way of reminding people to wear safety gears like protection glasses.
Most companies today follow a prescription safety glasses program. They are mandated by law to provide safety equipments like Titmus prescription safety glasses and the like to their employees who are exposed to risks in the workplace. That way, harmful chemicals and other damaging chemicals and materials would not be able to harm any member of the company.
